Social Media Manager / Community Engagement VA (Full-Time)

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager VA who can handle day-to-day interactions across our brand's social media platforms. Your main job will be to engage with our audience, reply to comments and messages, share and repost content, and resolve minor disputes professionally. Responsibilities:

Respond to all comments and DMs on Instagram, TikTok, and facebook promptly

Like, share, and reply to user-generated content (UGC) and brand mentions from all users

Repost stories and user tags using brand guidelines

Flag negative comments and handle minor customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

Keep a daily log of common questions and issues for internal feedback, and log any major issues or concerns for us to handle

Monitor brand reputation, reviews across all platforms and alert us to any viral or problematic activity

Maintain consistent engagement to build community and follower trust

Requirements:

Excellent written English communication skills

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and facebook

Experience managing brand accounts or social media pages

Comfortable with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Seller and TIkTok, Instagram & Facebook

Organized, responsive, and able to work independently

Fast internet and reliable computer

BONUS: Experience with Canva, TikTok Seller/Affiliate Center, Excel, Google Sheets, Trello

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week) can vary

Must be available during U.S. business hours (Central Standard Time)

Salary:
$400–$600/month (depending on experience) + bonuses for exceptional performance
