What you’ll do
1. Inbox & Customer Emails
• manage can clean inbox daily
• Draft friendly, professional replies and follow?up reminders

2. HirePOS Job Booking (training provided)
• Enter new hire bookings, update job statuses and attach paperwork

3. Excel Power Query Reporting
• Maintain and refresh an existing workbook (cost, utilisation, sales dashboards)
• Build new Power Query connections run new report as needed

4. Weekly Reports
• Generate and email Power Query refresh summaries weekly and monthly
