Cold Caller & Outreach Assistant (Remote, Long-Term Potential)

Rate: $3/hour (with performance bonus)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours

Description:

We’re a U.S.-based recruitment company looking for a dedicated, English-speaking outreach assistant to help us generate new business leads. Your role will focus on making outbound calls, sending follow-up emails, and logging activity.

Main Responsibilities:

Call companies from a provided list to introduce our services

Send follow-up emails to decision-makers

Log contact details and outcomes into a tracking sheet

Help secure at least 2 qualified leads per day (we’ll explain exactly what counts as a lead)

We Will Provide:

A call script and training

Target lists and email templates

Ongoing guidance and feedback

Weekly check-ins and support

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English

Confident and clear phone voice

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset

Past experience with cold calling or lead generation is a plus
