PR Virtual Assistant

Role: PR Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)
Rate: $5–$6 USD/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: ~2 hours per day

Hi there! I’m hiring on behalf of one of my clients who’s looking for a detail-oriented, proactive PR Virtual Assistant to support ongoing outreach efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Sending 20–30 personalized media pitches per day
• Sourcing relevant journalist and editor contacts across various outlets
• Keeping media lists organized and up to date
• Supporting ad-hoc PR admin tasks as needed

This is a part-time role averaging 2 hours of work per day, with potential for additional hours depending on performance. The ideal candidate is consistent, efficient, and comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets and PR databases (experience with MuckRack or similar a plus).

I’m hiring for multiple clients, so there may be opportunities to expand your hours and work across a range of brands in the near future.
