Job Title: Marketing Assistant / Manager (Part-Time, Remote)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Remote
Reports to: CEO and General Manager

We’re a fast-growing ecommerce brand launching an exciting new online store. Our mission is to deliver exceptional products and experiences to our customers through innovative digital marketing, standout design, and seamless shopping journeys. As we gear up for growth, we’re looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant / Manager to join our team part-time and help build our brand presence across search, social, and affiliate channels.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals
Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization
Identify technical SEO improvements and coordinate implementation
Track and report on keyword rankings, site health, and organic traffic performance

SEO Reporting
Deliver weekly and monthly reports showing keyword growth, ranking changes, and actionable insights
Monitor competitors’ SEO performance and suggest opportunities

Social Media Management
Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Develop and execute a social media growth strategy to increase followers, reach, and engagement
Track performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data
Track competitors social media content and paid ads

Affiliate Marketing
Assist with setting up and managing affiliate marketing programs
Recruit, onboard, and support affiliates to drive traffic and sales
Monitor affiliate performance and payout schedules

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in ecommerce marketing (SEO, social, or affiliate)
Confident with keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)
Comfortable creating content (graphics, reels, captions) using tools like Canva or Adobe
Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset
Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines
Creative thinker with a test-and-learn attitude
