Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Remote Client Support & Billing Coordinator to assist with critical backend operations for our U.S.-based pool service company. This is a part-time, remote role with afternoon and weekend coverage required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on declined customer payments using the provided systems
- Onboard new customers using our internal workflow and scheduling software
- Coordinate and communicate service schedules with customers
- Create, review, and manage billing tasks inside QuickBooks
- Update and maintain customer records in Skimmer, our pool service app
- Respond to client
- Support weekend service needs and communicate with the Operations Manager as needed
- Provide end-of-shift updates in our team communication platform (
Tools You'll Use:
- QuickBooks Online
- LeadConnector CRM
- Skimmer Pool Service App

Hours:
- Weekday Role: Mon–Fri, 3 PM – 7 PM CST
- Weekend Role: Sat–Sun, 3–4 hours/day (flexible)

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong written and spoken English and communication skills
- Experience with billing, customer service, or admin work
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can manage multiple software tools and follow SOPs
- Proactive communicator and team player
