Generalist Virtual Assistant – Real Estate (Full-Time, Remote)
Compensation: $4/hour (Will reassess after 6 months of successful completion, solely based on overall performance and adherence)

Role Overview
You will support our team with essential administrative tasks that keep the business running on the dispositions and listing side.
Your work ensures:

Our transactions/listings move forward without delays
Our team stays organized

Key Responsibilities
That person owns:
Realtor sourcing
Realtor outreach
Follow-up
Listing packet creation
Photos/maps/drone/renderings
Listing copy
Agent onboarding
MLS live confirmation
Status updates in Notion
Escalations when something is blocked
