Amazon OA Product Researcher (Base Pay + Commission + Full-Time Potential)

Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Amazon product researchers to help us find profitable Online Arbitrage (OA) products that are already ungated on a new Amazon FBA account. This is a task-based position that starts with a paid trial and may lead to full-time and additional higher-level roles for top performers.

Salary + Commission Structure:
• Base Salary: $400/month (paid weekly)
• Commission per approved ASIN (added on top of salary):
?• $1.00 for 20–29% ROI
?• $1.50 for 30–49% ROI
?• $2.00 for 50%+ ROI
• Additional cash bonuses and performance incentives are available for strong contributors
• Minimum output expectation: 5 to 10 quality ASINs per day once fully onboarded

Trial Overview – Please Read Carefully
I’m paying you hourly for a 1-day trial to submit at least 10 ASINs
• You’ll have up to 5 days to complete the trial once you begin
• You’ll have 48 hours to start after your accounts and access are activated. That gives you up to 7 days total to meet your 10-ASIN goal
• I provide paid seats for Keepa, SellerAmp, and other tools. You must already know how to use them
• If no ASINs are submitted by end of day 7, hourly pay will not be released. Proof of work is required
• If you meet expectations, you’ll be invited to continue immediately

How We’ll Work Together:
• You’ll receive access to a shared Google Sheet with all required sourcing criteria and product info fields
• You will submit product leads into the sheet with full accuracy
• My Assistant Nicole, will review your ASINs and verify them before releasing pay

Important:
This is a new Amazon account with limited category approvals. If you are not experienced with sourcing already ungated profitable ASINs, do not apply. I will not be ungating products or assisting with approvals.

ASIN Requirements (Must Meet All):
• Already ungated on my Amazon account
• Minimum 20% ROI after all fees (including shipping and prep)
• Estimated monthly sales per seller must be at least 20 units (total monthly sales ÷ number of FBA sellers)
• Source must be from USA-based online retailers or wholesalers only
• Product must be in stock at the time of sourcing
• BSR under 150,000 in the main category
• Product must have an active Buy Box or stable rotation
• No IP complaints or brand restrictions (verify using tools like IPAlert)
• No generic, international, or invalid brands
• Consistent sales history on Keepa for at least the last 90 days
• No fragile, hazmat, or meltable items
• Add $1.00 per unit for prep or $1.50 for multipacks to your buy cost
• Calculate correct buy cost by adding 10 units to cart, including tax and shipping, then divide by 10
