Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, closing deals, and managing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. You will play a key role in driving revenue, expanding market share, and acting as the primary liaison between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the tech and consulting space.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis and deliver tailored solution presentations to C-level and senior stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements in collaboration with internal technical and consulting teams.
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
Own and manage relationships with key client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
Schedule and lead regular business reviews to align solutions with client goals and gather feedback.
Collaborate with delivery and project teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work with marketing to develop campaigns, case studies, and client-focused content.
Provide insights to product and consulting teams based on client feedback and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
