The mission
Feed our trading models with smarter country data—fast. You’ll d ---------- what matters, locate it, clean it, and package it for both humans and algorithms.

What you’ll do
% Scope & output
40 Scope data – Brainstorm, rank, and justify auxiliary datasets (trade flows, WB indicators, regime type, etc.).
40 Acquire & prep – Download, scrape, or request data; clean in Sheets/Excel or basic Python.
15 Package insights – One-page country briefs, annotated screenshots, tidy CSVs.
5 Ops assist – Light deck tweaks & research errands.

Must-haves
0-2 yrs in research/analytics, consulting internship, or strong academic capstone.

Spreadsheet wizard; bonus for basic SQL/Python.

Razor-sharp written English—summarise 40 pages in 4 bullets.

Self-starter; minimal supervision needed.

Nice-to-haves
Familiar with World Bank, IMF, UN Comtrade, Freedom House data sets.

Exposure to finance, consulting, or data-science teams.


Compensation & growth
$500 USD/month for ~30 hrs/week (tell us your preferred daily schedule).

Quarterly performance bonus tied to data-quality metrics.
