Do you love making pictures on the computer? Do you think about colors and shapes all the time? Are you new to this but full of great ideas? If you want to make cool designs for websites, PDFs, and sales pages, and use AI tools to make it fast and easy, keep reading! We want people who work hard and get better every day. You will get paid more if you do a great job. We don't want someone who just wants money without trying. You must speak English very well and be okay with video calls often.

What You Will Do:

Make fun pictures and designs for the web, PDFs, and pages that help sell things.
Create logos, sets of colors and fonts, and websites that look nice and keep people interested.
Use AI tools (like special computer helpers) to make your work quicker and better.
Join video meetings to talk about ideas and make them even better.
Make clean, strong designs that fit our goal: teaching kids, helping families, and making a difference.

What You Need:
Some good designs to show us – we care about what you can do, not school papers.
Know how to use tools like Adobe, Figma, Canva, and AI helpers.
Speak English clearly and well.
A happy, "I can do it" way of thinking: You like to learn from others and try new things.
Ready to work hard on important stuff: 20 hours a week at first, more later if you're great.
Okay being on camera for meetings – show your smile!
