Determined and reliable VA required

We're looking for a determined and self reliant VA that can think outside the box. You need to be able to navigate around challenges and think outside the box to get to an outcome.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including, not limited to:

- Helping the CEO with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Assisting the marketing manager.
- Updating Shopify products and descriptions.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving their issues with our voice and tone.

Excellent written and spoken English is a must. This is not optional.

You will need to work with the team based in the USA and the owner based in Australia.

We need someone that takes ownership and drives outcomes.
