AWS Server Manager needed

We need a full time server manager with the following conditions:

1. Very fast and efficient.

2. You should be familiar with AWS environment. Explain how you will handle daily backups cost effectively on AWS?

3. You should be very comfortable transferring websites, setting SSH, MySQL advance settings and optimizing webservers / databases.

4. You should be ready to take a test.
