The Role:
As our Junior Graphic Designer, you'll play a vital role in beautifying our brand and reaching a wider audience. You'll work closely with our Brand Manager and the wider team to translate concepts into impactful visual designs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact on a global brand.
Work Setup:
This position operates on a hybrid setup: 2 days on-site and 3 days Work From Home (WFH), here in Davao City.
What You'll Do:
- Transform project requirements and ideas into compelling graphic designs.
- Design a variety of assets including logos, banners, landing page designs, and user interfaces.
- Develop engaging template designs for proposals, workbooks, presentations, and brochures.
- Contribute to website design projects.
- Pitch and present your creative concepts to the team.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to launch projects successfully.
- Incorporate feedback from senior designers to continuously refine your skills.
- Coordinate with clients on specific design projects as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
- Preferably Davao-based.
- Up to 1 year of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in design and graphics editing software such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- A solid understanding of design techniques and principles.
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to be trained in project management fundamentals and website creation.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with video editing.
- Experience in managing projects.
- Experience with web design.
- Familiarity with Basecamp and Microsoft 365.
