Social Media & CRM VA

Starting Rate: $5 AUD/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | QLD Australia Time
Position Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Pay: Weekly via Paypal

We’re looking for a rockstar Social Media & CRM Virtual Assistant who thrives in content creation, community engagement, and CRM management using Go High Level (GHL). You’ll be the right-hand support to a busy business owner based in Queensland, Australia.

Your Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
Post content on Instagram, Instagram Story, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Reply to all comments and messages across all platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Send 20 DMs on Instagram and 20 DMs on LinkedIn
Assist with ACR management in Go High Level
Reply to all SMS via GHL
Send an end-of-day report

Weekly (Monday):
Send email broadcast to the database via ACR (GHL)

Monthly:
Send reactivation text (War Plan strategy)

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) – CRM, SMS/email, and automation
Excellent command of social media platforms (posting, DM engagement, comment handling)
Solid communication and organizational skills
Reliable, responsive, and proactive work ethic
Must have WhatsApp
Must be comfortable working QLD timezone hours
