Virtual assistant needed

hello,
i'm looking for someone who can learn fast and understand the process of my work.at the same time i need someone who can apply some new ideas on what he is doing.
i'm an affiliate marketer and i need the VA for managing part of my work on different offers and campaigns in different ways. all tasks gonna be easy for someone who don't know affiliate marketing but i will be training everyone before he starts to do real works.
