Editor / Video Editor (Short Form Content)

Are you someone who enjoys working with clear structures and pays close attention to detail?
We’re looking for a dedicated video editor to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for editing short-form videos for Instagram based on existing templates and creative guidelines – no experimenting, no guesswork. Just clean, effective execution that gets results. You will work on Instagram Reels that promote personal brands and specific creators.

Your Responsibilities
• Editing Reels – we provide all footage
• Working with predefined templates, styles, and brand guidelines
• Adding captions, filters, subtitles and music with precision
• Optimizing videos for engagement KPIs (hook, retention, clarity)
• Communicating clearly with project managers and following revision feedback

Requirements
• Proven experience with short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
• Strong sense of visual design, pacing, and attention to detail
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and structured workflows
• Good communication skills in English
• Reliable and communicative
• Stable internet connection and ability to work independently
• Working hours between 2:00pm and 12:00am (PHT) for the first month (due to time difference)
