???? Your Main Responsibilities:
Cold call off-market multi-family property owners from provided lead lists and you won created list

Use a simple script to find motivated sellers

Accurately record details and submit qualified leads

Follow up with interested sellers when needed

find and bring in your own leads (with extra bonuses!)

???? Compensation:
Base hourly rate (based on experience)

PLUS performance incentives:

???? If we close a deal from one of your leads, you get a bonus payout

? Requirements:
Excellent spoken English — clear, neutral accent is a must

Confident and comfortable making cold calls to the U.S.

Self-motivated and reliable — shows up on time and hits goals

High-speed internet and good headset for clear calls

Previous experience in cold calling or sales is a plus

Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
