Official Job Title: Community Success Specialist
I am hiring a Community Success Specialist to support our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in property management support, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Efficiently gather contact information and detailed requests and relay this information to the appropriate manager or team.
• Handling sales inquiries over the phone, providing necessary information and directing leads to the sales team.
Administrative and Accounting Support:
• Assist in supporting administrative / property related task such as coordinating with board members and manager tasks as needed.
• Log and maintain a supporting ticketing system for tasks for property and managers daily.
• Be able to diagnose and troubleshoot homeowners accounts on payment, setup and/or login issues to online portal.
Property Management Support:
• Act as the first point of contact for homeowner and board member requests.
• Triage requests and initiate direct action for straightforward issues, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Coordinate with the property management team and operation team for complex issues, providing detailed information to facilitate effective solutions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience providing support in the real estate or property management industry
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must be willing and able to work full-time during US Pacific business hours
