Remote Property Manager (Multi-Year Experience, AppFolio Expertise Required)

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to support the next phase of our growing real estate operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s confident managing portfolios and ready to take ownership from day one.

About the Role:
You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team as we expand our property management venture. This is a key position, and your work will play a big part in shaping how we grow and operate moving forward.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties
Handle tenant relations, lease agreements, maintenance coordination, and rent collection
Use AppFolio to manage day-to-day operations and reporting
Communicate regularly with leadership and key stakeholders
Help build and improve systems to support long-term growth
Coordinate with local teams as needed

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of property management experience
Strong AppFolio skills — you should be comfortable navigating the platform and using its core features
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Able to work independently in a remote environment

Bonus: experience working with owners, investors, or across multiple properties
