???? Your Responsibilities:

Manage lead data (Google Sheets, CRM updates)

Follow up with leads via call, text, and email

Handle outbound cold calling (scripts provided)

Set appointments and manage calendar

Skip tracing, list building, and data cleanup

Light marketing tasks (email or text campaigns)

Use tools like Smarter Contact, and
forclosure list building websites
Pop Steam Mojo Dialer, or similar Dialer (we train if needed)

Excellent written and spoken English

Real estate VA or cold calling experience is a must

Reliable internet and headset

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Able to work U.S. business hours (required)
