But not just to edit.

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead, train, and run a team of editors across the Philippines. You’ll still edit—but your main role will be to review footage, coach our team, and make sure everything we deliver looks ????.

???? Who This Is For:
You’re a high-level video editor who:

Can open a raw Premiere file and instantly know what’s wrong

Has been doing this for years but wants to lead, not just cut videos all day

Can explain what makes a video go viral — and knows how to teach it

Loves editing for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels

Wants a stable full-time job with great pay and an opportunity to grow a real team

???? Responsibilities:
Review and approve daily video edits from our PH editors

Leave Loom feedback videos with corrections and training notes

Train and onboard new editors (we’ll keep hiring as we grow)

Edit high-level social content for our founder ---------- and VIP clients

Collaborate with our strategist + creative team on content improvements

Build editing SOPs and help standardize our style (font packs, LUTs, templates)

Host weekly team check-ins, quality reviews, and editor audits

???? You MUST Know:
Adobe Premiere Pro (expert level)

IG Reels / YouTube Shorts / TikTok pacing and trends

Color grading, text animations, audio syncing, transitions, jump cuts, etc.

How to pull the most powerful ---------- nt from long-form videos

Hook editing, viral structure, ---------- -style overlays, sound design

Bonus if you know CapCut, FCPX, or DaVinci too

BONUS: AI editing tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.)

???? Requirements:
Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

Quiet workspace and fast Wi-Fi

Own a fast laptop or desktop that can handle 4K edits

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Can work and respond quickly

???? Salary & Benefits:
Pay: ?80,000–?130,000/month (based on skill + leadership)
