JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with solid experience using the Meta Ad Library to help us find high-performing ad creatives for our winning products in the health/beauty niche.

Your job will be to research and identify successful ads related to our products so we can translate them 1:1 or clean them for our winning campaigns. You’ll need to recognize what makes an ad perform well, back it up with data, and translate the content into clean UK English if needed so our media team can use them directly.

Responsibilities:
Research the Meta Ad Library for top-performing ads related to our winning products find new winning creatives

Identify high-converting ad creatives from competitors or similar products

Add the ad links and notes to our internal Google Sheet

Translate text of creative into clear and fluent UK English (if originally in another language)

Make short notes on what makes the ad effective (Reach, running for how long etc.)

Requirements:
Proven experience with the Meta Ad Library

Strong understanding of what makes an ad perform in e-commerce

Excellent written English with the help and experience of chatGPT

Ability to spot strong creatives and messaging quickly

Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently

Organized and detail-focused

Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in dropshipping or e-commerce

Understand ad creatives and what works

Have a good eye for persuasive content (both text and visuals)
