TikTok & YouTube Shorts Video VA – AI Tools – Long Term

We are a professional UK letting agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help us create short-form video content using AI tools like HeyGen or Synthesia.

We will provide all scripts. You’ll:

Turn scripts into short videos using an AI avatar tool

Add our logo and captions

Format for TikTok and YouTube Shorts (9:16)

Upload and schedule using Metricool (or TikTok/YouTube scheduler)

Keep a simple tracker updated with what’s been published

Requirements:

Experience with short-form content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels)

Familiarity with AI tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, Pictory, CapCut

Attention to detail and clean, professional editing style

Good English communication

Reliable, consistent, responsive

Hours/Workload:

8-10 videos/month (grows over time)

Approx 8 hours/month

Long-term opportunity with consistent monthly work
