YouTube Content Creator & Channel Manager

**Description:**
We're hiring a **YouTube Manager** to grow our channel through content planning, SEO, and video production.
Opportunity for full time, quarterly bonus based on performance.

**Responsibilities:**

* Research video ideas based on competitors’ channels
* Edit and produce high-quality videos (using B-roll, captions, etc.)
* Upload and schedule videos with SEO-optimized titles/descriptions, keywords etc.
* Design or manage custom thumbnails
* Monitor channel analytics and suggest improvements
* Manage playlists, end screens, and cards

**Requirements:**

* Proven YouTube channel experience
* Strong video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
* Familiar with YouTube SEO, tags, and optimization tools (like TubeBuddy or VidIQ)
* Excellent English and attention to detail
Post 5 videos per week
