Amazon Operational Support VA (Remote)
Full-time: 32-40 hours per week | Long-term position

Brightways is a specialized agency helping brands grow on Amazon in Europe and the US. We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our Brand Managers with daily Amazon operations.

This role is fully remote and ideal for someone in the Philippines who is highly structured, reliable, and ready to commit to a long-term working relationship.

Your Role
You’ll work closely with our team to manage and grow Amazon accounts for international clients:
- Maintain and expand product catalogs on Amazon US and Europe (Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy).
- Listing creation, maintenance and improvement.
- Conduct keyword research, apply SEO strategies, and track performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in Amazon Seller Central.
- Assist with creating and optimizing product listings using AI tools (like ChatGPT).

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (US and/or EU).
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and tools like Helium10.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Availability on fixed working days, covering at least part of CET (European) and PHT (Philippine) time
- Someone looking for a long-term collaboration (not short freelance gigs).
