JOB OVERVIEW

Ready to turn meticulous Figma designs into lean, lightning?fast WordPress sites?

We’re a design?driven studio (well, it's only me right now!) searching for a Bricks Builder developer who treats CSS refactors like art, relishes 90+ Lighthouse scores, and believes every component should be reusable and future?proof. As a fully?remote contractor you’ll partner directly with the founder, own complete builds, and help codify the processes that will power our growing team. If you thrive on autonomy, clean code, and continuous improvement, this may be your next favorite job.

What You’ll Do

Own page builds in Bricks Builder from Figma wireframes ? pixel-perfect live pages.

Set up reusable components (headers, footers, sections, global classes) using Bricks’ theme-style & CSS variables.

Optimize performance (clean HTML, lightweight animations, 90+ Lighthouse score).

Light PHP / JS tweaks for dynamic content, ACF fields, CPTs.

QA & cross-browser testing before hand-off.

Iterate quickly on feedback in Loom/ project management tickets.

Work together with me on new site builds.

What We Offer

Stable, long-term employment (40 hrs per week).

Competitive USD/EUR hourly rate paid bi-weekly via EasyPay.

Async-first culture: no micromanagement; deliver by agreed deadlines. Work on your own schedule.

Clear design assets & SOPs; you won’t be guessing requirements.

Opportunity to learn: we’ll cover licenses for dev tools, plugins, courses relevant to your work.

Friendly, design-loving team that actually ships.

What I Expect

Experience in building professional WordPress Sites - no "years of service" required but rather a proven professional workflow that goes way beyond installing themes and building on the ID-level like Elementor.

Eye for detail when it comes to the user-facing website, as well as the structure and code you will produce. Be a bit obsessed about it, like I am.

Work with me on creating and improving structured processes - so far, the processes have been living in my head most of the time. This is the ---------- nt where we put things on paper (in our docs) for future use and good collaboration while the team grows.

Plus: You have past experience working in Elementor. Since I support a variety of clients that still use Elementor, you can also help out here with new content and changes to their websites.

Plus: You have heard of the new WordPress tool Etch and are excited about it. Because this will most probably be the builder we will be using in the near future for everything.

My Core Values

Pixel-Perfection + Pragmatism: Beautiful and fast.

Ownership: Treat each project like it’s your own site.

Transparency: Clear estimates, proactive road-block flags.

Kaizen: We improve processes all the; bring ideas, and lots of questions.

Kindness & Respect: No big egos—just good humans building the web.

How we communicate

Paymo for Project Management.

E-Mail & Paymo for clients (this will not be your task though!)

Google Drive for filesharing, content & specific sheets.

Figma for design-to-development.

Figjam for specific features and communication that goes beyond what a project management tool can visualize.

Application process

Send me a introductory message, a short loom video is preferred! Let's chat for a bit, then onto number 2. Also add 2-3 examples of sites that you built in the past (can be anything).

Small test project: Build a short landing page from a Figma design (can be completed in about one hour) - this is paid at 15$.

Live video-call to discuss the results and see if we go well together.
