My name is Shjondel,

I’m a U.S.-based entrepreneur and insurance professional building a personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. I'm producing 5–10 short-form videos per week and I need someone to write compelling scripts and edit daily videos with quality, speed, and consistency.

This is a dual-role position:
You will script engaging short-form content (hooks, body, CTA)
You will edit those videos (vertical format, text captions, music, jump cuts, etc.)

Think: Alex Hormozi, Grant Cardone, Prince Donnell, Gary Vee, Eric Thomas.

EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOU’LL BE MAKING
“Point & Text” reels (Instagram/TikTok)

Voice-over content (you write script, I record audio or video)

Vlogs w/ story-driven editing

Motivational & educational clips

Life insurance, legal protection, entrepreneurship, and daily behind-the-scenes content

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST:
Be able to write 3-5 short scripts daily (with hook, value, CTA)

Be able to edit 3–5 short videos per day using raw clips (vertical format)

Understand caption timing, trend sounds, storytelling, retention tactics

Use CapCut, Adobe Premiere, VN, or your preferred editing software

Have a STRONG internet connection and reliable computer

Communicate clearly and meet deadlines
