Teacher Manager

BaoZangTalk is looking for a Teacher Manager to lead our growing team!

We are searching for an experienced and driven professional with strong leadership and recruitment skills to join BaoZangTalk as our Teacher Manager. If you have a passion for teaching AND empowering teachers to succeed, we want to hear from ----------

--Manage and support a team of online ESL teachers

--Lead teacher recruitment, interviews, onboarding and training

--Monitor class quality and provide feedback and coaching to teachers

--Ensure smooth scheduling and teacher availability for peak hours

--Communicate with the Operations team to meet student demand

--Help develop and implement strategies for teacher retention and ----------

--Filipino

--Bachelor’s/College degree

--Prior experience teaching or managing teachers

--Excellent communication and organizational skills

--Strong recruitment and interview skills

--Positive, responsible, supportive and solution-oriented

--Good pronunciation and understanding of ESL teaching standards

--Stable wired internet connection and a quiet working environment

--Able to work full time (8 hours minimum per day, 6 days a week)

--Available during peak hours 7pm–11pm Beijing ---------- Offer
