Remote Outreach Assistant (Lead Generation)

We’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Remote Assistant to support daily outreach efforts across major social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. If you’re reliable, fast-learning, and eager to grow with a fast-moving company, this role is for you.

? Responsibilities
• Send direct, personalized messages to pre-qualified leads
• Manage and update tracking sheets to monitor message status and responses
• Follow proven scripts and guidelines (with room to improve over time)
• Flag warm or interested leads to your team leader
• Maintain daily outreach targets
• Attend weekly check-ins or briefings
• Contribute feedback on outreach performance

• Strong written English (clear grammar, polite tone)
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook (or willing to learn quickly)
• Highly reliable with excellent time management
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry
• Fast and focused worker—able to send high-volume outreach consistently
• Proactive communicator—responds quickly to updates or messages
