Employment Type: Full Time, Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Singapore Time)

Role Description:
The telemarketer will play a pivotal role in touching base with prospective clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our sales team. This position requires a detail-oriented and motivated professional capable of making outbound calls via Microsoft Teams to schedule appointments with provided leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact assigned leads daily via via phone, email, Microsoft Teams and other communication channels with pre-approved call scripts
- Follow up on leads, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Set appointments for our insurance team and update schedules with accurate details
- Record outcomes of calls and provide daily updates on progress.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Assist in managing appointment calendars and ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts

Qualifications:
- Clear and strong command of spoken English
- Access to a high-quality microphone and stable internet connection for seamless communication
- Ability to follow scripts and procedures consistently
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or a similar role with a Singaporean company is highly preferred
- Additional education in business, insurance or related fields is a plus.
