WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Build and manage automated email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo
Write persuasive, brand-aligned copy that converts cold leads into loyal customers
Design (or work with a designer) to create emails that are both beautiful and high-converting
Segment and personalize content to increase engagement and revenue
Work with our performance team to test subject lines, offers, and email angles to boost performance

WHO YOU ARE:
You’ve managed email for eComm, DTC, or supplement brands and have results to prove it
You understand the customer journey and how to guide someone from unaware to ready-to-buy with email
You’re not just blasting emails — you’re building strategic flows with data and psychology behind them
You live and breathe open rates, CTRs, and AOVs
You’re experienced in Klaviyo or other and confident in your ability to launch and optimize without hand-holding
