List of Companies or people in Philippines

I am looking for someone who has a database of companies or citizens in the Philippines. I need the Names, Addresses or phone numbers and any extra data will be great. It is possible, of course, to grab the information from local sites such as the Yellow page, White page or any indexes you know.
