Creates videos that match the latest TikTok and social media trends

Can edit and sync AI voiceovers naturally into content

Has a strong sense for angles, pacing, and visual rhythm

Delivers clean, high-quality edits

Is creative and brings their own ideas

Can handle on-screen text, captions, motion graphics, etc.

Proactively researches competing brands and trends in our niche

Brings weekly ideas based on what’s working in the Meta Ad Library, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.

Is ready to help build a real, long-term brand — not just make a few quick edits

Takes ownership and cares about the final product
