Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via
- Resolve issues efficiently and clearly explain product or service information
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates
- Work with the team to improve internal customer service workflows
- Handle additional admin or support tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Preferred (Not required but a plus):
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in remote customer support
- Familiarity with platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Re\:amaze
- Experience with e-commerce or Shopify
