HR Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent across various positions. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for mass and volume hiring, phone interviews, and managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced, dynamic team in a target-driven.

Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing Candidates: Use job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach to find qualified candidates.
• Talent Selection: Screen resumes, shortlist applicants, and assess qualifications to match job descriptions and company culture.
• Mass/Volume Hiring: Manage high-volume hiring campaigns efficiently and effectively.
• Phone & Face-to-Face Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings and follow up with virtual interviews as needed.
• Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding by assisting with documentation, training, and integration.
• Job Ads Posting: Create and publish job postings on various platforms to attract talent.


Qualifications
• Age Range: Preferably 21 to 29 years old
• Experience: Solid recruitment experience (preferably in manpower agencies or high-volume settings)
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Personality: Confident, driven, and comfortable in high-pressure, goal-oriented environments
• Team-Oriented: Strong collaboration skills and ability to align with hiring teams
