JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time (Fixed Schedule - 20 hours per week, between 3:30pm and 7:30pm EST)
Hourly Rate: $5 to $6 per hour (based on experience, skill, and performance)
Extra Bonus: $100 extra paid for each deal that we close and get paid for
Test Period: 7 days (daily performance review and call monitoring)

About Us:
We are a rapidly growing real estate investment company specializing in wholesaling. We’re looking for a highly skilled Cold Caller with at least 3 years of cold calling experience and 1 year of lead generation experience as a cold caller in the real estate or wholesaling industry. If you don’t meet these requirements you will not be considered for this position. You must have stable electricity supply, have well performing internet service and stable connection. You must commit to consistent work performance based on set schedule (any excuses about weather storms, power outages, sick leaves and etc. will result in immediate termination of the contract). We are only interested in experienced , disciplined professionals with a proven track record of success in generating qualified leads.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners and generating leads for potential real estate transactions. If you have a proven track record in cold calling for real estate investors or wholesalers and are driven by performance and results, this is the opportunity for you. Consistency, skill, and dedication are key.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate a minimum of 1 to 3 Qualified Leads per day through effective cold calling and follow-up.
• Be proficient in use of Auto Dialers (Enzo, Call Tools, Batch Dialer) and CRM (Podio and GHL).
• Able to clean the list and upload leads into auto dialer and properly set it up for Campaigns, as required.
• Manage follow-ups, and convert prospects into potential deals.
• Generate enough qualified leads so at least 1 deal closed every 4 weeks (to maintain a guaranteed base pay).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow scripts and instructions precisely to ensure high-quality calls.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with leads to build trust and rapport.

Requirements:
• Highly fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Required experience: Proven experience in cold calling for real estate investors or wholesalers.
• Proven track record in lead generation and a strong focus on achieving results.
• Ability to generate 5 to 15 qualified leads per week.
• We can close at least 1 deal every 4 weeks based on the leads you generate, to maintain consistent base pay.
• Self-discipline and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working 20 hours per week and meeting performance expectations.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Test Period:
The first 7 days will be a trial period to assess your ability to meet performance expectations. During this time, you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to consistently meet lead generation targets and work towards closing deals. After this trial period, successful candidates will transition be selected to become members of our Cold Calling Team.
