Web Developer...

Hi,
I am looking for a web developer who can make a new website - software download site. It is a requirement that you may PHP5, CodeIgniter, MySql etc. so that work can get started right away.

Can you please reply to this mail with answers to all the following questions:
1 - How long time have you been coding using php?
2 - Are you familiar with CodeIgniter? If, how long time have you used CI?
3 - Are you comfortable making a website using CodeIgniter?
4 - Are you comfortable making a website using pure php?
5 - Have you work with XML files?
6 - Do you have knowledge in Photoshop? If, can you make a web design using Photoshop? Not required, but a big plus if you can.
7 - How many hrs per day/week can you work?
8 - Will you be able to work a few hrs during weekends also?
9 - Do you have any other part or full time job beside this? If, what?

10 - When will you be able to start working for us?
11 - What is your desired monthly payment?
