JOB POST: Documentary Editor (Premiere Pro)

We’re looking for a talented, experienced Documentary Editor to join our team on a long-form, story-driven film.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

Strong experience editing long-form documentaries

Excellent command of spoken and written English

A sharp ear for story, pacing, and emotional flow

Ability to collaborate closely with film directors, producers, and story teams

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and work with large volumes of footage

Comfortable taking initiative while also receptive to creative feedback

A passion for impactful, cinematic storytelling

Bonus if you:

Have experience working with archival or vérité-heavy material

Understand the nuances of music, tone, and narrative structure

Have experience with multicam sync and media management workflows
