We’re a fast-growing youth sports organization based in the US, and we’re looking for a Virtual Admin Assistant to help us with lead generation and basic CRM tasks. This is a part-time position (10–15 hours/week to start), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role (40 hours/week) if you do well.
If you’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in Google Sheets, this could be the perfect role for you.
- What You’ll Do
• Research and compile lists of schools and contacts (principals, admins, etc.)
• Enter and organize this data into our CRM via Google Sheets
• Maintain accurate records and update info as needed
• Occasionally support other admin tasks related to outreach or data entry
- What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail (you’ll be managing contact info – it must be accurate)
• Comfortable working in Google Sheets (must know filters, sorting, basic formulas)
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable communication and a proactive attitude
• Admin or data entry experience is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train you.

• 10–15 hours per week to start
• Flexible working hours (you can work async), but we’d like you to be available for a few hours each week for check-ins via Zoom/Google Meet.
• Pay: $3–$5/hour depending on experience
• High-paying performance bonuses available.
