???? About the Role:
Are you a self-driven, tech-savvy, and creative virtual assistant with experience in job board growth, digital marketing, or community engagement? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive tea ---------- mber to grow and manage ---------- – a job board for Ukrainian talent.

This is a long-term opportunity to make a powerful impact by helping thousands of Ukrainian professionals connect with global remote jobs. You’ll be in charge of growing the job seeker base, promoting the site across the Ukrainian job market, and assisting with basic WordPress tasks.

? Responsibilities:
Attract Ukrainian job seekers to register and apply on ----------

Post and promote our job listings on Ukrainian and international job boards, social media, Telegram, and Facebook groups

Monitor Ukrainian job seeker communities (like Work.ua, Rabota.ua, Jooble, and others) for promotional opportunities

Write engaging social media posts, short blogs, or email campaigns to grow job board awareness

Manage the WordPress-based website (add jobs, optimize pages, support applicants)

Work closely with the founder on growth strategies and execution

Optional: help reach out to companies that want to hire Ukrainian workers

???? Who You Are:
You have strong written English and native Ukrainian or Russian fluency

You’ve worked with job boards, recruiting platforms, or community outreach projects

You’re very comfortable with WordPress – editing, updating, and publishing content

You understand online outreach, Facebook groups, Telegram channels, and posting to forums or social platforms

You’re independent, self-organized, and goal-oriented

You care about helping Ukrainians find remote work

???? Bonus if You Have:
Experience promoting sites or jobs in Ukraine or Eastern Europe

Understanding of SEO and content marketing

Skills in Canva or image editing tools

Experience with email marketing tools (like MailerLite, Mailchimp, etc.)

???? Working Hours:
15–25 hours/week to start, with potential to grow

Flexible schedule but must attend a 1–2x weekly Zoom check-in

???? Salary:
Starting at $4–$7/hour USD depending on experience
