About the Role:
We’re a growing U.S.-based consulting firm seeking a confident and reliable Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to help us consistently book qualified sales calls with potential clients. You'll be reaching out to businesses in industries like engineering, infrastructure, and environmental services to introduce our solutions and set up short discovery meetings with our team.

Responsibilities:
-Make outbound cold calls using provided lead lists
-Introduce our services clearly and professionally
-Qualify prospects based on provided criteria
-Schedule meetings directly into our calendar
-Log activity and call outcomes in a simple CRM or tracker
-Follow up with warm leads when needed

Requirements:
Proven experience with B2B cold calling or appointment setting
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Confident, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
-Quiet working environment and strong internet connection
-Must be available during U.S. business hours:
3 days/week on EST hours
2 days/week on PST hours
-Bonus: Experience with GIS, engineering, or technical services

Compensation:
-$5/hour base rate
-$10 for every successful appointment
-A successful appointment = scheduled meeting with a qualified decision-maker
-Bonuses available for consistent performance and high conversion rates
