Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer
- Assist customers with tracking, complaints, and return inquiries.
- Communicate with our suppliers and internal team about order updates.
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Experience with Shopify and Re:amaze is a must.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable internet connection, a high-quality webcam, and a good microphone.
