Real Estate Cold Caller & Lead Manager

About the Role:
We’re a fast-growing wholesale real estate company looking for a driven and reliable Cold Caller/Lead Manager to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to generate, qualify, and manage motivated seller leads using outbound calls and other lead generation tools. We want someone who is hungry to grow and sees this as a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls daily using a dialer (e.g., CallTools)
• Build rapport and qualify homeowners who may be motivated to sell
• Pull targeted seller lists using tools like BatchLeads or PropStream
• Skip trace leads as needed
• Track, organize, and update leads in our CRM
• Follow up with leads consistently via calls/texts
• Set appointments for our acquisition manager
• Manage and analyze campaign performance to improve results
• Communicate clearly and consistently with our internal team

Requirements:
• At least 2 year experience cold calling for a real estate investor or wholesaler
• Familiarity with PropStream, BatchLeads, or similar lead gen platforms
• Experience with skip tracing (batchskiptracing, IDI, etc.)
• Excellent English speaking skills (minimal accent, confident tone)
• Comfortable handling objections and building rapport with sellers
• Proficient with CRM software, dialers, spreadsheets, and lead tracking
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Reliable internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and backup power preferred

Preferred (Not Required):
• Experience with GoHighLevel, REIReply, or other CRM tools
• Knowledge of U.S. real estate market and wholesaling
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and lead qualification scripts
