Part - Time (With potential to grow)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented video editor to help us build and grow a faceless YouTube channel. You will be given a script and voiceover, and your job is to turn that into an engaging 5–10 minute YouTube video using stock footage, visuals, music, and editing that keeps viewers watching until the end.

This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work, bonuses for high performance, and the chance to grow with our team.

???? Responsibilities:
• Edit 2–4 YouTube videos per week (5–10 mins each)
• Use stock video, images, captions, sound effects, and transitions
• Add background music (royalty-free) and enhance pacing and flow
• Deliver high-retention edits (hooks, pattern interrupts, clean visuals)
• Follow our content briefs and style guide

? Requirements:
• Experience editing YouTube videos (show us samples)
• Basic understanding of what makes a video go viral or get high watch time
• Proficient with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools / Must utilize incorporate AI TOOLS.
• Can follow instructions clearly and communicate in English
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience with YouTube automation or faceless channels
• Thumbnail creation skills
• Motion graphics or animations
• Familiarity with Caleb Boxx-style content or similar formats
