Virtual Assistant – Dispatch / Lead Generation

We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to help source and allocate drivers for deliveries. The role focuses on locating available cargo van, sprinter van, or box truck drivers and coordinating them based on location and availability.

Responsibilities:

Find and contact drivers based on delivery needs
Keep an up-to-date driver list with availability, region, and vehicle type
Use maps to verify drive times and route efficiency
Assign drivers and update schedules in real time

Requirements:

Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Proficient with Google Sheets, and scheduling tools
Organized, fast, and resourceful
Experience in dispatch, logistics, or VA work preferred
