Project-Based Full Stack Developer (Fully Remote, NZ Time Zone)

What You'll Do (Project Responsibilities):
* Architect, develop, and maintain robust full-stack solutions for specific project requirements.
* Translate design mock-ups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive front-end user interfaces using modern frameworks.
* Develop and implement scalable and secure back-end services, APIs, and database structures.
* Collaborate closely with our project managers, designers, and other developers in NZ to understand project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
*Participate actively in virtual stand-ups, code reviews, and project planning sessions, ensuring clear communication and progress updates.
*Identify and resolve technical challenges and bugs efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
*Ensure the successful deployment and ongoing maintenance of project deliverables.
*Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally with prior project-based or remote work experience.
*Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
*Solid experience with back-end languages and frameworks: (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Ruby on Rails, Java/Spring Boot, C#/ASP.NET Core). Please specify your strongest backend stack in your application.
*Demonstrable experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
*Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
*Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
*Strong self-discipline and organizational skills for effective remote work.
*Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and verbally.
*A stable internet connection and a conducive remote work setup.
