I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support me with a mix of administrative tasks across my business ventures.
This is a part-time position (approximately 10–20 hours per week to start), with the potential to grow into a larger role depending on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working independently, and has a strong command of English (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities:
• Update weekly metrics and reports using spreadsheets or dashboards
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
• Perform regular data entry and database updates
• Respond to basic customer

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent English communication skills

• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), project management tools, and other productivity software
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
