JOB OVERVIEW

SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility is to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent aligned with the company’s strategic workforce goals.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across multiple departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team goals, and company culture.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants through structured interviews and assessments.
- Provide timely updates and guidance to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate and organized candidate documentation.
- Prepare and negotiate job offers in coordination with HR and hiring teams.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any related field is an advantage, but not required.
- At least 6 months to 1 year or more of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong background in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring targets
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, ATS)
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Willing to report on-site Monday to Friday (Saturday is WFH)
