Video Editor – Short-Form Podcast, Vlogs & Social Media Clips

About Us
We’re launching a heartfelt, real, and soulful short-form video series focused on birth, postpartum and parenting, women's wellness stories. We’re looking for a skilled video editor to help us bring our vision to life through YouTube episodes, Instagram Reels, and social media content.

Responsibilities
Edit 2–5 short-form podcast-style videos per month
Add brand intro/outro, gentle transitions, music, and subtitles
Edit portrait-format snippets for Reels and Instagram Stories and also YouTube
Clean up sound and adjust pacing while preserving emotional tone
Organize files for YouTube, Instagram and internal use

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have experience editing interview- or podcast-style and also Vlog videos
Are confident with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
Can create clean, natural edits that match a calm, soulful aesthetic
Have an eye for storytelling, subtle pacing, and respectful tone
Are organized, self-directed, and meet deadlines consistently

Bonus If You:
Have edited videos for birth workers, parenting educators, or coaches
Understand YouTube & Instagram formatting (thumbnails, sizing, compression)
Can guide us on basic lighting/filming setup remotely if needed
